Front
Page Express is a free HTML authoring tool,
provided by Microsoft, that can be used to design
and/or maintain web pages (or web sites).
This program comes already installed on many
versions of windows 98.

FTP
software will allow you to make a direct connection
between the files (webpages, images, files)
on your local computer and the files at your
website.Once you are connected with the FTP
software, you can transfer files and web pages
back and forth from your computer to your website
at will.
Use the following information with your FTP
program:
Hostname/Address/Location
to Publish: yourdomainname.com
Username: Same as web control panel username
(provided in your welcome e-mail)
Password: Same as web control panel password
Some FTP software
will also ask for your remote directory: public_html
Once you are
connected you will see several folders at
your website, double click on the folder named
"public_html". This is the folder
to upload all your web pages, images and files
to.

Method
1 - Direct Link
Your Videos For Download
The easiest way to add video
or audio file to your webite site is just to
make a simple link to it.
1.) Upload the file to your "public_html"
folder. example name > something.mp3 , something.avi
2.) Add a hyperlink on any of your webpages
where the visitor can click on it and begin
downloading the file to their computer. (replace
yourdomain.com with your domain name) example hyperlinks : http://yourdomain.com/something.mp3 http://yourdomain.com/something.avi
3.) When your visitor clicks on the hyperlink
you added to your webpage(s), a window will
pop open on their screen and they can save/download
the file. "save as"
Method
2 - Embed Video Into Your Webpages.
You can play a video file from
your website just like an audio file by embedding
it into your webpages with the correct html
code.
1.) Upload the file to your "public_html"
folder. example name > something.mp3 , something.avi
The Server: will be your domain name. example> yourdomain.com
The File Path will be the name of the
video file you uploaded in step 1.
example> something.swf, something.avi,
something.mov
3.) Insert the html code on the webpage(s) where
you would like to play the video. Your done.
